Order and Refund Policy

Refunds will be granted up to 14 days after receiving the product. Please make sure to carefully review your order before completing your purchase—no beating around the bush.

Contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery. If we don’t hear from you within this period, we’ll assume everything is okay with your order. Any issues related to the order, delivery, or item must be reported within this timeframe. After that, we may not be able to help.
